Well, I'm Scandinavian (I'm Norwegian; Scandinavia is the three countries Norway, Sweden and Denmark), and I can tell you that Scandinavia very much exsist, as I've been living here for 32 and a half years.

It's not -- it's a region. Does Scandinavia have a capital? A president/prime minister/monarch? She's kind of right.

Depends on pedantic semantics. You’re both right?

What about Finland? Some definitions of Scandinavia include Finland. The fact that it is not clearly defined means it's not a place. The countries are real, but the overall descriptor is a fiction.

Try telling a Finn he's Scandinavian. We'll get an FML out of it beginning with "Today I tried telling a Finn he was Scandinavian...."

he's right Finland is not a part of Scandinavia. it's Norway Sweden and Denmark

It’s funny when I learned about it (in middle school...?) I learned it was Norway, Finland, and Sweden. Is Denmark really one of them? Has my school system failed me? 😱
