Double check your medication side effects! One of my friends was on some antibiotics that can make you 'bleed from your mucosal membranes'. It's one of the 1 in 10,000 chance effects but it does happen. First she had nose bleeds, then her gums started bleeding (which was odd because she has no gum disease), then she started spotting badly and she hit the Dr up the next day when she started bleeding from her bum. No one in the surgery or pharmacy had ever actually seen the side effect it's so rare. Your period and piles may be hiding the rest of it. Check your medication info and get your butt back to the drs.

OK, so endometriosis is a condition where uterine lining grows in places in the body other than in the uterine lining where it belongs. When a person with it has their cycle, all that tissue can bleed, no matter where it is. I am not a doctor but I know that endometriosis patients sometimes have nosebleeds and bleeding gums during their periods, as well as hemorrhoids. I hope you see this and consult an OBGYN if you can, or at least do some googling if you can't. Good luck!
