Today, I told my husband I wanted to make him happy by giving him a baby. He told me either I can make him happy, or I can give him a baby, but I can’t do both. FML

Did you talk with him about having kids before getting married? If you did and he suddenly changed his mind, FYL. If you didn't, YDI.

I'm always amazed at how many couples never discuss the issue of children. When I dated, I always brought up children on the first date. I didn't get many second dates. Come to think of it, lots of my first dates ended abruptly. Maybe my strategy wasn't the best?

Nope, good strategy, I do the same. I don't have time to lose if they want kids and it's fair to them because they don't have time to lose with someone who doesn't either.
