Today, my husband wants to move to a different country, but I'm extremely happy and comfortable where I am. To be clear, he wants me to move abroad, while he stays back home. FML

I don't get it, does he want to move abroad as well or does he want YOU to move abroad while he stays where you both live now? Or is he from that foreign country and actually wants you both to go there?
