How could you?

Today, my wife was in labour and bouncing on her inflatable ball to relieve the pain when it popped. This thing has lasted her entire pregnancy and it chose to burst now, sending her crashing to the floor groin first while 8 cm dilated. And as the husband, it is of course all my fault, you bastard. As a father…yeah, you take the blame for this. I didn’t make the rules. YDI for, I don’t know, not spotting her.

OMG I'm so sorry about that, but the way you wrote it, I can't stop laughing. But yes, when a woman is in labor, she'll lash out at the husband or father of the child most of the time. He is the one that did that to her LOL.

Not your fault obvs but Jesus Christ that must’ve hurt. I had to sit upright at 8cm to get an epidural in my back for an emergency c-section and it hurt like hell just to sit like that for five minutes. I can’t imagine how painful falling on your butt from a popped birthing ball would have been.
