My reading of this is that the OP is more fed up with his ex taking his other stuff than at giving the kidney - it's just that he's saying "You've had my heart and my kidney, haven't you taken enough from me already?". And I rather agree. You would have thought the GF had already had her pound of flesh, so to speak.
