Fake News

Today, my friend called me freaking out because of an online pregnancy test. She was scared because she had no idea that she was pregnant, let alone having a fifteen-pound baby. The website is a joke. She goes to an Ivy League school, and I couldn't even get into community college. FML

What'd she have to do, pee on the monitor?

Common sense is completely different to intelligence. Somebody could be incredibly smart, yet very naive at the same time. It doesn't mean they didn't deserve their place in the College :/

Yeah, Ontario's education system is more involved with the All-Mighty Dollar. I know someone who got into University despite dropping out of high school. All he had to do was write an essay, I guess to prove he could write..?

And this is why book smart and common sense smart are two different things..

Um... How do you *not* get into community college? Pretty sure you just have to um... live... in the community -- or at least have an address in the community you can have things mailed to.

I've been on that website. http://www.thepregnancytester.com/

wowww i love you. haha i just took the test. i'm having a girl and the father is the pope. that's so funny. i don't see how anyone would believe that. haha like really. that makes no sense. hahaha your poor, stupid friend. i pity her.

i'd say the real joke is you if you can't even get into community college. she may got fooled by a website but she'll be making bank when you're still flipping burgers

it just goes to show you that this archaic system of education needs to be dumped. you spend years getting ****** in the ass for every cent you own, and every cent you will earn for the next 20 years, learning things that you probably already know, and other things that you will never need to know, to, in the end, purchase a piece of paper that says you've spent thousands of dollars and years of your life gaining knowledge that you could have just as easily learned by visiting your local public library.

Ouch... we're having not more than a high school degree, aren't we buddy? I go to Princeton and I can tell you the material you're taught is cutting edge, based on current research developed by the faculty and NOT yet even published! If that's what you think about higher education you've clearly never seen one.
