If possible find a replacement glass online that's the same. Gift it to her, and then cut her out of your life. You deserve better, than a mom who won't love you over a piece of glass. She will grow old alone and regret it.
I would highly recommend DBT therapy if you're able to utilize it. Best of luck, I'm sorry you're going through this :/
Why are you pushing DBT on people who are not engaged in self-destructive behavior?
When she said "no matter what," she couldn't imagine you destroying her favorite glass. That glass must have been a helluva piece of drinkware!
Is this the same person who posted the FML where they broke their mom's favorite glass and the father decided to lie and take one for the team?
