I applaud you for trying to help, but typically dogs that are that difficult to handle (have to be rehomed) are not good for helping anxiety.

you got a difficult dog to help with your anxiety, hmmm... if you don't want to give it up I'd suggest getting professional help with training it. either option will unfortunately probably still lead to elevated anxiety in the short term

Why did you adopt such a bad dog?
You do have easily gone to the Humane Society or SPCA and adopted a sweet one for next to nothing.

He's in a new place with a new person. My brother is a vet and he recommends Perfect Puppy in 7 Days by Sophia Yin. Try it even if he's not a puppy. Training is important and leads to happier, healthier dogs.

I mean you definitely knew his attitude before hand, knew he was going to need work. It sucks but you need to find your pets with compatibility not just cause yknow?
