It’s actually not illegal in the states I know of. If you think about it, the world got populated by a few people anyway. This had not only been done but common in history. Now, on the other hand, I could never do that.

There’s a doctor in my town who married his first cousin. They had to go out of state and sign a contract saying they wouldn’t reproduce. They both had kids from previous marriages so they didn’t want anymore anyway.
