I wonder if this is cause and effect? His odd facial behaviors have meant that one of the few possible employers who will hire him is McDonalds.

Really? You do that naturally? Usually, McDonald's has to train employees to treat customers with disdain and contempt.

Sounds like a tic disorder. Try breathing in slowly when you have to look people in the eye until the urge to yawn passes.
