honestly I would just communicate to him and let him know what feels good to you (if you havnt already, I'm sure you did not make happy noises when he sliced you🤣) or even look through some foreplay techniques together and see if that helps! if he cares about actually making you feel good I'm sure he will be willing to learn lol
