"Lift with you other arm"? So deliberately setting out to create muscle imbalances, not just for the arms but the core and back which has to stabilize the body. Even lifting legs, one needs their hands for plate loaded exercises or will grip handles when lifting heavier on machines. In sure the OP already ran through their entire gym seeing what they could still do and saw that it was barely anything. Those with notable lifting experience know that hand/wrist injuries takes one out for a significant amount of time.
