my guess is they manage the company social media and the boss has access as their manager. I manage all our social media and my boss has access but doesn't use it.

Not necessarily. In big companies, your boss could be ten levels or so below the CEO, who is, in turn, an employee of the stockholders.

lol that's funny to me it would make the company more approachable and she's your boss so suck it up you sound douchey like I would fire you if you bothered me about my company page twice and a lot of fml is douchey and conservative so I'm prepared for the hate
