Today, my younger sister said that she was going to pray for her brother's HIV. I have Primary Immune Disease (PID) not HIV. School will be very interesting tomorrow. FML

Today, my mom tells my sister that she is worried about her because she has a headache and feels like she might be getting a slight cold. I have had the flu for two weeks and have a 103 degree fever. I ask, "What about me?" Her response? "Stay away from your sister." FML

Today, we found out that my unborn sibling is a girl, and my parents quickly named her. In a few years' time, "Candida" is going to catch all kinds of shit at school, just like I do for being named Dorothy. My "friends" have already started calling me "Lil' yeast infection's sis." FML

Today, I finally came out to my parents and admitted that I’m HIV positive. Instead of being supportive, they made me call up all of my childhood friends and tell them to get tested. Playing at the park isn’t how it transmits, Mum and Dad… FML

Today, I got a call from my younger brother's school to pick him up immediately. He had a test today, but he had the brilliant idea that by telling everyone he had head lice, he could go home. I had to leave work to pick him up, and now I have to take him to a doctor so they can see if he can go back. FML

haha. that sucks! something like that happened to me. I was in the 6th grade an missed school cuz I had hives. H-I-V-E-S turned into HIV! :P dumb kids!

isn't it weird how kids change stories. I went sledding and hit a rock with my chin, I fractured my jaw. I came back to school a week later to have 3 kids ask me how it felt to get hit by a truck.

YDI for calling it PID, which stands for pelvic inflammatory disease... maybe if you just called it what it was, primary immunodeficiency disease, then you wouldn't have this problem

I'd just ignore it high school only lasts so long just explain to the people who ask about it or people you find important word spreads quickly and hopefully it'll all be figured out soon. good luck
