Today, my teacher confiscated my cell phone for text messaging. He said he would give it back if the next text that I would receive was important. I prayed the guy I've been texting didn't send the dick pic he said he was going to. He did. FML

She was texting inappropriate things to this guy, too anal about it? The guy sent her a dick picture WHILE SHE WAS IN CLASS....>_< THIS is why the teachers are too anal about it.

@#33. Regardless of age, all American citizens have the same constitutional rights. No where in the Constitution does it say that the only citizens with rights are those that are age 18 or older. Did you take a civics class at any point during your school years? Under the age of 21, I can't drink, but I still have the right to privacy. Under the age of 18, I can't vote, but I still have the right to privacy. Read your Constitution. Tell me where it says I have to be 18 before I can enjoy my constitutional rights. Anyway, that really sucks that you got suspended, but really you should think about it before "sexting" in class. If it was just texting, I would say be smarter about it next time and hide your phone, but why in the world would you "sext" during class?

He/she can't do that. The teacher is not allowed to read your messages. You can even take out the SIM card and battery before handing it over, if you feel it is necessary. D:

I am appalled at how people text in class. It is rude, disrespectful and in general stupid. You should only be texting in class with a seriously important issue. You deserved your suspension. You should be devoting your time you currently spend "sexting" to studying, or at least attempt to listen to the teacher, and then you can get good grades and you won't have to worry about school, and you will be able to "sext" all you want. I abhor it when people text either in class or in the middle of a conversation. It disgusts me.
