Unless the place belongs to him, he cannot kick you out. Even if it belongs to him, he has to give you some time before you are required to move out (I would believe even more so now that you are bedridden). I have a feeling he is acting like this all because he wants his own privacy, or he wants his girlfriend to move in.

Tell him to go fuck off if you're mailing address is there and you've lived there for more than 30days, legally he can't kick ya out especially if you're on the lease plus in most places ya just can't kick out a injured or disabled person call the landlord or get a lawyer, don't stand for that.

Your roommate should be happy you’re bedridden — you’re very unlikely to bone his gf. The last thing he’ll want is a strapping dude to move in who possesses the balls he doesn’t.
