Today, my boyfriend leaned over and sniffed me like a dog. He does this almost every day, even in front of people sometimes. FML

I'm not sure why this isn't being brought up, but some cultures sniff as a sign of love. My ex boyfriend was Vietnamese and his whole family would deeply sniff each other and me and their friends and other relatives. I also know several Brazilians who do this and it's no stranger than kissing on the cheek to them. Maybe ask your boyfriend to stop if it bothers you? ...and if he doesn't stop leave him? So many of these FMLs could be solved by changing them to something like "Today, I broke up with my boyfriend for sniffing me like a dog, FML"
