Today, my boyfriend and I went shooting. While I was showing him how to properly hold and adjust a rifle, he accidentally pulled the trigger. The gun kicked back and hit me in the face, breaking my nose. FML

Today, I shot my boyfriend in the balls by mistake, twice. First it was a paintball gun I was using with my nephew, then it was a slingshot I use to scare away the bird who keeps eating fish from my pond. He is now sat icing his groin acting like I did it on purpose. FML

Today, I was fooling around with my boyfriend in his room. He grabbed me behind the head to pull me in for a hard, romantic kiss. He accidentally smashed my nose into his cheekbone, and my nose started gushing blood and continued to bleed for over 2 hours. It's broken, and he just laughed. FML

Today, my boyfriend was buying a new hockey stick; to test it out he started hitting a ball around the aisle and decided to shoot it back into its bin. Instead the ball hit me dead in the mouth, giving me a fat lip. Instead of consoling me, my boyfriend yelled "GOAL!" FML

honestly you deserve it for giving him a loaded firearm. you teach using an unloaded firearm preferably with the bolt locked open to prevent any accidental discharges which could end so much worse than a broken nose, you got lucky. hopefully you'll think next time and unload the ******* firearm

YDI for not checking to see if it was loaded before teaching a beginner how to handle a gun. Didnt u learn about gun safety rules when u were taught?

Okay. So in case anyone ever reads this, or wants to know, the FIRST thing you teach someone about using a gun is to NEVER have your finger on the trigger, until you are ready to fire.
