Today, my boss threw me out of her office during a conference call for daring to correct her. The client fired the company because she subsequently got all the information on the call wrong, and plainly had no idea what was going on. From all the screaming, this is now all my fault. FML

Today, a customer asked me if we serve spaghetti. She then asked for a manager because I was giving her a weird look, laughing softly when telling her yes, and apparently making her feel stupid. My manager wrote me up. I work at the Old Spaghetti Factory. FML

Today, I got a heads-up that my boss suffered a death in the family, but was coming into work anyway. I thought he'd be depressed, but it seems he deals with grief with anger instead. I found that out when he yelled at me, threatening to rip my spine out my ass over a typo I made in a report. FML

I love SpaghettiOs for a whole bunch of reasons, but the 'whooshing' sound they make as a can flies past my head is not one of them. Don't take this sort of childish behaviour lying down. Build a fort around you desk out of cardboard file boxes, then let her have it! Throw some screwed up Post-It notes at her and if she doesn't surrender then fire some staples at her head. God, I miss the public service....
