Don't just take this! Get yourself a small voice recorder for about $20, and turn it on when you're around him. Catch him saying it, then go to HR if you're in a big company, or go to a lawyer if you're not. I can guarantee he'll deny saying it, which is why I recommend recording it, or get a witness at least (if you are worried that recording it will get you in trouble). No one has to put up with that kind of crap.

That's just a scary thought, actually. Someone once tried to slip my younger sister a date-rape drug in her drink at a bar, but luckily, her friends saw she was messed up and took her straight to the hospital. Could have turned out worse if that guy got her alone instead. The point: Sexual assault can happen anywhere and most of the time, statistically, it's by someone we know. I wouldn't put it past this creepo boss to escalate his behavior if he thought he could get away with it. (Like, drugging OP at a company party, etc.) :p
