Today, it was hot out, so I wore shorts. My dad took one look at me and said, "Your thighs are so pale, it's like staring into the sun". FML

There's always that awkward stage when shorts weather comes around. I had that same issue! I don't like going tanning so I blind the world until the brightness lessens. Lol. You're not alone, OP!

This makes me laugh...it's similar to how girls with curly hair straighten their hair and girls with straight hair curl their hair. Always thinking about some kind of change

I used to hate my curls as a child but then this really nice Russian lady told me she was going to get her hair curled. Why she would trade her straight blonde hair for untameable curls was beyond me but i did realise that it cost way more to get your hair permanently curled than it does to straighten them. I've loved my hair ever since.
