Today, I went to my gyn to see what a painful lump is under my armpit. Turns out it's breast tissue, and yes, it will fill up with milk when I'm pregnant. I essentially have three boobs. FML

Today, I found out that I have testicular cancer for the second time in two years, and they may end up removing my last testicle. Knowing full well I was also born with an extra rib, the doctor at the consultation joked, "Hey, you'll be three quarters of the way to being a woman." FML

Today, I learned that instead of a life-threatening disease, I have a totally benign condition that would be easy to treat if I so chose. FML

It doesn't say benign, 44. 'Extra' parts like that can sometimes 'try' to perform their function... Which means the OP could have extra, non-working mammaries.

Third boobs are actually easily removed surgically. I've watched one before and it seriously takes less than half an hour to sedate, remove and then close up. Good luck if that's what you decide to do.
