Today, I was thinking about my new diet and workout plan as I was getting dressed in the morning, feeling much thinner and more energetic. Just as the thought passed through my brain, the button on my skirt popped off. FML

Atleast it popped at home rather than at work or something...i once popped a button while weighing in the first time when I joined weight watchers....it was a sign. Lol

Just keep trying OP and you'll lose the weight you want and also if your trying to look very thin, just to impress guys I have to admit we like it, but do what feels right to you and don't starve yourself just to impress us and to everyone who thinks I'm wrong that's your problem

Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones, hit the gym at least 3 days a week for an hour, and remember spot reduction is a myth. And always stick with it, genetics is 90% of the fight, diet is 9% and the exercise is only 1% of the overall challenge. Stay with your workout and don't give up if you aren't a size 3 by the end of the first week, it's gonna take years, but it'll pay off in the end.
