Today, I was curling my eyelashes in my bathroom and while I was counting to 5 my brother flung open my door. I jumped and ended up ripping out all my eyelashes. Now I have to wait until they grow back. FML

Today, while getting ready for a friend's wedding, I was curling my eyelashes. My cat decided to jump onto the towel rod. As I went to catch her, I ripped all the eyelashes out of one eye. I called my boyfriend crying. When he saw me, he laughed and said, "You look really surprised in that eye." FML

Today, I woke up to see that I had two black eyes from a cheerleading stunt gone wrong yesterday. I decided to curl my hair to distract from them. While curling my hair I accidentally burned my cheek. I now have two black eyes and a huge burn on my cheek. My extended family is coming tomorrow. FML

#40 - Eyes =/= eyelashes. I look at their eyes but it doesn't even cross my mind to notice their eyelashes. #41 - Um, I don't know who taught you that, but eyelashes grow back all the time. All hair grows back.

Shit, this is the first FML in which I've actually felt sorry for the author. Extremely painful, and I'd think embarrassing. No eyelashes, that must look strange. Hope they grow back soon! And to anyone who says you deserved it because you were curling your eyelashes in the first place, ****'em. A girl likes to feel pretty, even if no one else will notice.

guy need to stop criticizing this girl for curling her eyelashes, you dont notice when girls do it because its supposed to look natural but enhance your natural look, it also makes it so you dont have to wear mascara. but trust me you probably know many girls who do curl their eyelashes or have seen a girl and thought she had pretty eyes and she may have curled hers, just because you dont notice doesnt mean its not there

- eyelashes do grow back - it might sound like if you dont curl your eyelashes it doesn't matter but it does make a huge difference - I feel really bad for you!!!
