Eh. You don't know who the pregnancy test was for though so don't automatically assume a cheater. Maybe a friend that doesn't want whomever they live with to know what's going on asked to use his bathroom or something? I had a friend that did that, she didn't want her parents to know she might be pregnant and used our bathroom instead.
