There's a story going around Facebook that pregnancy tests can be a good early indicator of testicular cancer. he may have read that and tried it. if it's positive, he may not want to discuss it with you til he's seen his doctor. just a theory.

pregnancy test look for HCG to determine if a woman is pregnant. HCG is also found in men's urine who have testicular cancer. so for men a pregnancy test can inform them if they have testicular cancer

ive heard if a guy tests positive on a pregnancy test they need to get checked for testicular cancer maybe that's what he was doing
