Today, I realized that the "holla" tattoo I stupidly got on my lower lip five years ago isn't fading as I expected it to, and will probably contribute to my unemployment for years to come. FML

Today, I got fired for having a visible tattoo on my neck. The tattoo in question is a scar from a surgery I had 2 months ago. The same one paid for by my employer's insurance and missed 2 weeks of work for. FML

Today, I got piss drunk. Being a tattoo artist, I came to the intoxicated conclusion that I could save much more money doing my own tattoos on myself. I now have my ex-boyfriend's name permanently on my thigh. It's not even spelled right. FML

Today, I got into trouble at work because a customer complained about my face tattoo, I don't have a face tattoo but I do have one behind my ear. Nonetheless, I still got written up and had to cover it with a band-aid, which ripped out hair when I took it off. FML

Today, I woke up after a long night of drinking with my friends. I vaguely remembered visiting a tattoo parlour, but nothing prepared me for the sight of the words "YOLO" and "MOFO" tattooed across the fingers of my left and right hands. Now I'm officially a bandwagoning douchebag. FML

Today, I was looking at tattoos and fell in love with a really cool looking one, so I decided to get it. I later showed it to a friend who is a cop. He informed me that it is a gang tattoo. I think I just put a target on my ankle. FML

I do believe that you can get surgery to remove a tattoo. Either way, I'd cover it up if I were you. Perhaps you could consider a nicer looking tattoo to cover it up? One that won't keep you unemployed?

Holla is a real word actually. It's slang for hello among other things (Google it and click on the Urban Dictionary link). I heard it originated in the Bay area of California but that might not be true. And that's my lecture for the day! Any questions? ;)

They do deserve it though. I mean, OP can go flip burgers forever and that's fine but as for a real job or career, it's his own stupid fault. You can't expect to be able to get a professional job if you're unprofessional. Lip tattoo saying "holla" = unprofessional = no professional job = YDI.
