It's hardly the end of the world. Just delete it and rewrite it. It can be close to impossible to tell with newborns when they are dressed. I'm a student midwife and this mistake happens to me and the people I work with all the time.

How is this a FML? It's easy to get gender confused on some younger children because the distinguishing features are not yet apparent and clothes may make you think otherwise. In my opinion, it's possible everyone else got it wrong, and you got it right. By attempting to hide it, you make yourself look like an idiot. If she says something, just apologize and move on. I mean WTF is going on with people these days? Stop being an idiot.

Just delete it and stop clogging up FML with your easily rectified mistakes.

That's why you use unisex terms. You could have easily said "Your kid is adorable!" or whatever.
