63- The tool is only as good as the the Other Tool utilizing it. ;) I don't think he needs a better brush as much as the skills, knowledge, experience, etc, to effectively use the cheap one. I somehow get the impression if he doesn't know how to brush his teeth on his own, I wouldn't trust him to figure out that he needs to change the batteries on the electric one when it dies. ;p
