That sounds like my family. My mom cheated on my dad with someone, and she now lives with him. My parents are now divorced, but the guy my mom lives with is married to, but separated from the woman with whom my dad lives. It's like partner swap. The really awkward part is that I had met both of the other people without knowing that they were still married to each other. I found out when my grandmother mentioned something about it when we were having lunch together a few years ago. I don't think they were hiding it from me, but I never bothered to ask and they never bothered to tell.
