Next time she needs you, tell to to suck a dick and harden up.
Ha! Love the username. That pretty much sums up my thoughts on the matter.
Ydi for being Canadian
I've got to admit, that's pretty clever.
I almost wonder if she was joking after he complained that she had new plans come up. I had my wisdom teeth removed and it's not really a big deal at all. If my significant other had better plans come up than to laugh at my cotton-stuffed cheeks, I would understand! The comment was pretty damn rude, but without context, I'm not sure what caused her to say it (maybe you guys got into a fight right before she said it, or you caught her in a bad mood?) Unless she's ALWAYS like this, I don't think it requires him to dump her. If I dumped a guy every time he gave me shit in a harsh way, I'd never have a relationship that lasted more than a week.
You do realize that everyone reacts to it differently, right? Just because it was no big deal to you doesn't mean it won't be a big deal to anybody else. Anything can happen while you're on the pain meds or you can get some sort of infection and need to b rushed to the hospital or something. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled, I ended up having a seizure when changing out my gauze. The doctors didn't treat that as "no big deal".
Oh man, I'm sorry. I had my wisdom teeth taken out early this year and I was so afraid of the pain that I requested to be put under an anesthetic instead of just a local/novacaine-- mostly because my wisdom teeth had been infected beforehand, which has to be the most painful experience I've ever had in my adult life. It had the added benefit of making me sleep the entire first day and most of the second, but I still remember waking up every now and then and feeling absolutely miserable. The pain wasn't that bad, but I still felt pretty crappy. I know people tend to say "break up with him/her" over stupid crap on this site, but honestly, it's probably time for you to move on. If your girlfriend can't even show the slightest amount of concern or respect, then she's not someone you want to keep around for very long.

Ex girlfriend I hope!
Damn. BTW. You aren't supposed to "suck" on anything. Unless you want a dry socket.
