Healthy maybe? Following my baby brother's circumcision his doctor commented "that's a beautiful penis." Im gonna assume that OP's doctor was just making a humorous remark about her good health.

Is it just me or do all doctors have a weird fetish for whatever they specialize in? Like I was getting my blood taken and the dude was like oh very good veins so nice

well for one drawing blood is so much easier to do if you have a big vein or it is close to the surface. not necessarily a fetish, just makes his job easier. so maybe it is just you haha.
