Today, as I was getting my nails done at a salon, the owner pulled my head back against the chair in front of all the customers and began to tweeze my eyebrows. When I exclaimed that I didn't pay for that service, she replied, "I don't care. This needs done." FML

Today, my friend and I decided to get bikini waxes. Afterwards, the women who did the waxing told my friend it was $30 for her wax. Then, in front of the whole salon, the women points at me and says, "You! You so hairy- $35!". FML

Today, I had my eyebrows waxed for my senior pictures. After manhandling me, the cosmetologist managed to "accidentally" take my whole eyebrow off. It looks like I'll be remembered forevermore as the girl with one eyebrow. FML

She's an esthetician. Popping zits is part of what they are trained to do. She is a professional that deserves compensation.

Why would they be trained to do something that everyone has had drilled into their head to never, ever do? What, does having someone else pop your zits magically make it have no risk of scarring or infection? And they still shouldn't do it without saying anything. Some people might actually want to follow the "no popping zits" recommendations.
