Today, I found out that my boyfriend is getting back together with his crazy alcoholic ex-wife who frequently cheated on him. In addition to this news, I also found out that he maxed out all my credit cards. FML

Sue him. Call your credit card companies and explain the situation. Tell them you'll pay the amount that you owe (in monthly bills if need be) then will suspend payment pending the lawsuit.

Actually, if your not married, he can't legally use your credit cards, making that theft.

Actually he can if she authorized him on the account. Often just verbal permission will make it ok too. It doesn't mean they can spend whatever but it does mean they can use the card.

If you aren't married, you can nail him for credit card fraud. Just a thought. I love suing people. It teaches them lessons.
