I could never tell the difference between types of milk in my cereal. I was use to 2%, but my grandparents gave me soy milk, and I've also tried almond milk. one time I used milk that was a month past its date and I didn't notice. the cereal must have disguised it enough for her to not notice.

I'm seriously impressed your mother managed to keep pumping for you for what must have been a few years after you stopped feeding from her, that's a very dedicated mother! Lucky you OP. The evolutionary age children need breastmilk until is 7 so she obviously knows her stuff.

Breast milk is very good for you. It is recommended up to at least two years old now. In bottle if not in breast. Formula and other animal milk don't even measure up to the healthy breast milk. They are still finding new things in breast milk that aren't in formula. And it is supposed to improve brain development. You are lucky your mother did this. At least she didn't embarrass you and do it openly. And to those who say gross or fyl need to properly inform themselves on breast milk and the benefits instead of remaining judgemental idiots.

could have been a lot worse, common. u had ur moms breast milk longer than most people. I dont see the problem here :/

It might be embarrassing but there are numerous benefits both known and several that we seem to still be discovering and there's no known downside from drinking as you get older.
