Today, I found out I did so horrible during my interview that I didn’t even get a rejection email. FML

I mean, not to be rude, but most places I've/husband applied to (retail, warehouse, office, IT) Sent me nothing after my interview unless I was hired. Most places don't give the common courtesy unless its a high-paying job at a very well known company. And even then...

I agree most places don’t tell you if you don’t get true job. But if you call after a few days they will also let you know.

The common trend these days is that companies ghost failed candidates.
It was not like a rejection letter was all that useful or comforting. It was basically a corporate “it’s not you, it’s me.”
