I don't see why this is a bad thing... It means you're still thin and in shape and you don't have to spend money on expensive bras.

It depends if your first bra fitted you when you had it like were you mis-sized when you got it

don't feel bad after three kids (and not having breasts to begin with) I'm smaller than my first bra...I'm now not even an A I have to get bras from the children's section and I'm 5'7" ...and not a anorexic or anything :(
