Today, I finally bought a car, after saving up for a year. My dealer had told me it was a good buy, so I snapped it up then and there. On the way home, the rear axle practically fell out of the car due to frame rot. My dealer wants to buy the car back at half the price. FML

"My dealer told me it was a good buy." No shit! What was he/she supposed to say? "No, this is a piece of crap just waiting to come apart the moment you take it off the lot. Now give me your money." Bad call on your part.

You believed the person selling it to you?

There are laws to fix his arse.

Stupidity id even bet he resold the car for the price u bought it at and continued the scam

Saying "My dealer" is the first major mistake you made. You are supposed to look out for yourself, check different places, prices etc. and make an educated decision, especially if you've had a whole year to do that (more so you need to know what car you want exactly and why). Finally refund the damn car, that is basically a fraud what they did, don't sell it to them - it's sure that the rear axel costs less than half the car, since they've proposed to buy it back.

anyone who believes the dealer and doesn't have the car checked out is an idiot. ydi

Your dealer told you it was a deal? Seriously? And you believed him? I thought it was common knowledge not to trust a car dealer. wow
