still a bad idea. if anything goes wrong with a car you can't afford you'll be in a lot of trouble.

had kinda the same thing happen to me bought a new car well new to me and was driving home after 5 hrs of it being in my name someone pulled out in front of me and I t-boned them
prolly wasn't the smartest idea to let him test drive it so ydi. then again, I don't let anyone drive my car unless it's an emergency.
