Put it in a bag of rice...and when that rice is damp do it again and again...I've saved 2 ipods and a cellphone doing this (and the ipods were 1)washed in the machine and 2) sat in a pile of wet snow...my phone fell in a toilet) and I've known other people this has worked for..before you spend tons of money try this.

About a month ago my friends 2 year old dropped my Blackberry Curve into a glass of water & I put it into a bag of rice for about five days, and it worked. After I put the battery back in, I hooked it up to the charger and it turned on. It worked for me, and trust me it was dunked in water fairly well. Just have to be patient, but good luck.

you should have tried to throw it out of your pocket, you could have got lucky, never know

i heard that you can put all the bits into a plastic bag and leave in the freezer for a week
