Today I was offered an opportunity on Instagram from a local lady to take photos of her home for her. I told my friends, because I was shocked. They were shocked too. But in the nicest terms possible, they were shocked because my Instagram "isn’t really professional enough to get such offers." Ouch. FML

When I asked about it, he claimed he didn’t know what I was talking about and threw a fit about how I’m “butting into people’s business.” I went to check the account again to show him. “User not found.” FML

Today, I was stalking my Bumble match’s Instagram feed before I said hello. I went to tap for sound on a video of him getting his backside tattooed but accidentally double-tapped and liked the video. Sound turned on and I realized I liked a video of him farting. Couldn’t say hello after that. FML

Hun you need to get off of Instagram and stop feeding your ego with likes and comments, if this is all it takes to make you feel seriously slighted. It's hard to stand out between millions of profiles, and a few handful get lucky enough to profit off of it - not being one of those people isn't failure. Just log off for a while and I'll promise you'll find other talents and skills that will give you a real sense of confidence and validation, Instagram isn't it.
