Anon struggles

Today, I realized I shouldn't have confessed anonymously to my long time crush through an anonymous account. I was so happy that they noticed me a little and made posts that seems directed to me, but then they just stopped. I'm so sad and craving their attention that I'm getting upset when I shouldn't be. FML

Look, bud. Nobody likes confessing to a crush with your name and face attached and everything. Nobody. It sucks. But this isn’t fair to your crush and it’s not fair to you. It’s not fair to expect them to put in the same level of emotional investment as you do when all the info they have is that “someone” has a crush on them. You can’t just sit there and expect them to sniff you out like a truffle pig. Either let them go or bite the bullet, confess, and deal with the fallout.

Hey, I did the same, but that literally led me into psychosis. I thought I was getting secret messages everywhere that were from him. I got really mad for him not noticing me and tried harder and harder to get his attention. I could hear his voice in psychosis and sent the responses to the voices via text to him. He started considering getting a restraining order against me because of that. That, and I also had called the police on him because I thought he was suicidial.
