Today, I asked my friend who is a fashion major why she didn't want to use me as a model for her senior project. She said my boobs were too big. I doubt it'd have been an issue if I were a girl. FML

Unless your friend is working for Kozmo Kramer and Frank Costanza, she's not going to need your modeling services.

To anyone who said they don't have fat people as models is wrong. There are now plus size models this has been out for a long time so fat people can be models.

Plus size models aren't fat. They are a US size 8 (UK size 10, northen europe size 38, southern europe size 40) wich is a normal healthy figure. Fat people can be art models though. Artists like drawing fat nudes because it teaches them a lot about how to draw the texture of a human body.

Close, but a US size 8 is actually a UK size 12. I know, because the shirt I'm wearing has UK, US and European sizes (e.g. the label on my shirt says UK 8, US 4, Eur 36), so to work out the formula for US to UK sizes you add 4 :)

Oh I just know northern european sizes so I googled the rest :)

Wow ! On my clothes and on website the difference between US sizes and UK sizes is always 2. Well... clothe sizing is a little weird anyway, I have a UK size 10 waistcoat, it sould be written : FR 38 - EUR - 36 - IT 42 - UK 10 but Eur and Fr are exactly the same.

Still, a size 12 is not that big, especially since those models are so tall. I am a size 10-12 and I am not overweight. It also depends on your bones (while weight does not really change when you are "big boned"), I have a friend who is slightly overweight but can still wear a size 8 because she has really small bones
