you passed out from lack of oxygen? I'd advise you to see a doctor or hospital, now. That shouldn't be happening and you need to make sure nothing was hurt in your brain when you had no oxygen. disclaimer, I am not medically trained or even medically knowledgeable. but those are my thoughts

Make it clear to your mom that making her late for work was not the main purpose for you passing out in the bathroom. It was just a nice little bonus.

I have the same issue. I use an asthma inhaler when my lungs aren't working so well. The ONLY thing I've found to clear my nose is Afrin Severe Congestion. It's in the green box. I dont think I could live with out it. Definitely see your doctor for booster shot and pills.

I've got severe allergies as well sounnds like your having allergy induced asthma attacks, go see a ENT(ear nose and throat specialist) soon.
