What the **** kind of ****** up country do you live in where the average elementary school teacher only makes $51,000 a year, but the average professional baseball player earns $3.2 million? Which is more important? Which is more influential? My daughter's teacher is one of the most important people in her life right now.

I feel the same way when one of my Medicaid patients shows up with freshly done acrylic nails, highlights, gorgeous Coach purse, Tory Burch shoes, and throws the keys to her Lexus and brand new iPhone on the counter. Meanwhile, I haven't had a haircut in 2 years, use a 20 year old purse and wallet, drive a 13 year old Jeep, and pay $3000 in loans monthly to pay for my professional degree. Something is seriously wrong with our country. Just my two cents.
