You could try keeping going (after a break if he needs one) - he'll probably last longer the second time around. That also means if he masturbates beforehand, he should last longer too. Plus you can get lube and I'm pretty sure some condoms that have some kind of numbing agent in them to decrease his sensitivity so he lasts longer.
