Nice try

Today, a cute thirty-ish chick walked into the bar I work in. I asked her for her license to make her feel young. She didn't have her license on her and started yelling about how stupid it was to even ask, when she obviously was old enough to drink. She then got up and left. FML

Cute doesn't make up for a personality like that. Eeks.

Um, thats exactly what he was saying, legally, the bartender is expected to ask for ID, regardless of appearances.

fyl. Have a friend who's 25, she loved it when people block her to check her ID at places that needs to be 18+ to enter. Unlucky indeed, maybe PMS.. haha..

it's actually state law when applying for a liquor license u are required to ask anyone who looks up to the age of 40 to show govt issued photo I.D, this does not include military I.D though govt issued. so if she comes in again and her old ass will u can tell her that and then tell her to suck it.

Wow, carded for looking under 40. That's crazy. In Australia you only have to ID if they look under 25. I get carded all the time. Next time I plan to act like Fogell off Superbad. "haha makes me feel young again". And since when was the only form of ID a drivers license? Here you go out and get yourself an 18+ card if you don't drive. Who seriously gets around without any photo ID?

That sucks! Looks like that tactic really backfired for you. :(
