Today, according to my boyfriend, it’s not cheating if he doesn’t love the other woman, so if it’s just sex, it’s not cheating and I shouldn’t be upset. FML

I know it's easier said than done, but that is an issue you really need to think over. Open relationships ARE a real thing. But if you don't want that kind of relationship dynamic, then maybe this isn't the one for you.

Yeah open relationships are a thing when it's established at the beginning of the relationship and both parties know about it. But you can't just blatantly cheat and go "I thought it was an open relationship" when you're caught
