Late arrival

Today, I had a presentation at 8 a.m. that was worth 30% of my grade. Unfortunately, someone decided to text me at the exact moment my alarm should’ve gone off, so it didn’t. My body doesn’t naturally wake up until 3 p.m. FML

My alarm clock has a charging port for my phone. Win win, even though I don’t use my phone alarm and use the alarm across the room so that I have to get up to turn it off

right??? I got anxiety so I set like 10 alarms so I won't be late for work. also just in case I forget to set one

the fact that you got a text when your alarm was supposed to go off is a lame excuse, on pretty much EVERY PHONE an alarm has priority over a text message. YDI

ydi. you either don't know how to work a phone or you're lying. I have 4 alarms set for work days. p.s. your alarm would have snoozed. maybe even lay off the booze the night before.
